TheKnowledgeAcademy - Course Fees not refunded

I want to raise a legal complaint against TheKnowledgeAcademy for not refunding my fees. I had enrolled for a course, but after enrolling, found that the course was incomplete. Hence, I requested for a refund. However, they harassed me for * months and are now refusing to return my money. How do I raise this issue? I am in Banglore, India. I also want a severance for the harassment and have the emails as references.
