Scaler by interviewbit - Course Cancellation Denied

I started the DSML course from scaler.com. When I was enrolling, they told that the course doesn't have a lot of high level coding, you will easily be able to do it. The first thing modules was for SQL and TABLEAU & MS EXCEL. But since the python module started, it had high level coding which I tried my level best to cope up with. After giving all my time to study after work my attendance and PSP started getting affected. I started getting panic attacks and anxiety. I requested Scaler for a cancellation of course but they denied. And I have beeb fighting for over a month. They gave me option to transfer the course, I tried that too but no one is interested. I again requested them for cancellation as I don't want to continue the course at any cost and I don't want to pay further emis for a course I am not interested into. But they are not allowing me and they are not giving me a solution. They keep on pressuring me into continuing the journey, they day take a pause while i don't want to. And i was hospitalized yet again. At every possible step, I shared my psychological reports, medical certificates, discharge summary and still they denied my request today again.. I need help.
