The Professional Courier - Courier parcel not delivered

A parcel booked with The Professional Courier, Doddakammanahalli branch on **-Oct-**** has not been delivered till **-Oct-**** and looks like the parcel is being sent back to the booking station. The delivery station claims that they tried to call the consignee but the consignee has not received a single phone call. The origin and destination are within the same city but still such a long delay and non delivery of items. The customer care centre phone number is not working and the option to submit complaint online via their website tpcindia.com is also not working. We are completely harassed. Please compensate for the mental anguish and unnecessary wait times.
