First Flight Courier Service - Courier not delivered

It has been more than one week since we made a courier within Chennai and the courier has not reached the customer yet. All the customer service phone numbers of flight couriers are not attended by anyone both locally and regionally. When we went and enquired to the shop directly where we made the courier they gave a number and that too was not helpful to us. At many times we called all the numbers but there was no response. Even to the customer support email, there was no response. It has been a great stress for us to make the follow-ups continuously. Please help us to make the courier delivered.
