Akash Ganga - Courier not delivered

My article was couriered from Bandra Mumbai on **nd April with Shipment no. ********* through Akash Ganga courier. However, after * days there was no tracking update except " In transit". Frequent call made to Mumbai RO for Akash Ganga did not yield anything except their response that online update can not available and customer needs to call their Hyderabad office.
From ** April onwards there have been a thousand calls made to Hyderabad only contact #**********. But the staff is not responding by when they can deliver the article to Reliance General insurance in Madhapur. Most of the time they hang up the call and don't respond. Worst customer service ever. I would be losing my Insurance claim if not delivered in *-* days but it does not make any difference to Akash Ganga. I wanted them to pay for my claim money loss and mental harassment by them during all this followup.
