Madhur courier service - Courier not delivered to an authorised person neither receiver nor sender

My Consignment No ********** date of dispatched **-**-**** from Jodhpur to Jaipur. Receiver and Sender both mobile no and email ID mentioned on the courier. But delivery boy handed over the courier to unauthorized person Tracking and deliver sheet not mentioned his name as Anil without his contact details. after follow-up till **-**-**** for the lost courier, going to claim under consumer court. There responsibility for the lost courier / parcel just Rs. ***/- so beware and request to not use their services as a reliable Service Provider. Its having Claim for Health Insurance to be receive by Medsave Health Insurance TPA Ltd, Jaipur
