DTDC EXPRESS LIMITES - courier not delivered on time resulting in huge loss for my company

I was committed delivery of my consignment within *-* days from the date of booking the courier at the DTDC franchisee located at panipat and paid Rs**,***/- on Friday **th may ****.

I personally visited DTDC head office visited at Victoria layout, Bangalore and met one your employee Mr.Pramod (*********) he mentioned there has been a total goof from the dtdc and that the subject consignment was still lying at Gurgaon. Your incompetent DTDC team finally woke up from slumber and sprung into action after this matter was escalated and a email was sent by me to DTDC MD.Mr.Subhasish Chakraborty. There is a total lapse on behalf of DTDC FRANCHISEE and entire process and last min dispatched yesterday night Friday **th (attached screen shot of the communication with Pramod)

I want to clearly state and reiterate what i spoke to all DTDC customer care agents and in person to Pramod, Our Company has a commitment to deliver the consignment to my client before End of day today i.e Saturday **th MAY. If my company is successful in delivering this product on time before EOD subsequently the next work order worth *.* crores (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakh) would have been awarded to us for our timely delivery.My company will lose all credibility and reputation and undergo irreversible loss thanks to the team DTDC.
