Trackon Couriers Private Limited - Courier not Delivered by Trackon

They created fake trackon Namkum branch pincode ****** instead of ranchi branch trackon pincode: ******.
When it was on transit it reached on the nearby trackon branch pin ******, when it got out for delivery it shows it's out for delivery from different branch which is more far away. ****** branch created branch with fake address, phone number of delivery guy 'cause they wanna show it's more far away from my address, so they don't have to deliver my courier. I had a fight with ranchi branch trackon last time, when my different courier from the trackon consign no:************. tried to reject by writing address not found, phone no. Not found and then consignee not available. This time, with my courier consignee no:************. They wrote service not available, I've checked on website they do provide service at my pin code ****** and they do delivered my previous courier on january.
After I file the complaint on trackon website, what I've written till now than vikash manager of ranchi branch called me and keep the call on conference, than told the delivery guy whose no. Previously written on the fake Namkum branch they created to deliver the courier at my location. He ought right refuse to come at my address, even though he delivered my last trackon courier at my nearby address in January, then vikash manager told him to come half distance and told me to travel half distance, I agreed but still I didn't get any response or call from the delivery guy, vikash manager just called me yesterday was it delivered 'I said 'nobody from trackon called me, than I asked when will it be delivered he just ended the call. Today I called him several times, but his call is always busy, I think he blocked me and today at *:** I saw in trackon website that vikash manager send my courier back to Delhi. By written address not found/ phone no. Not found and this time he wrote his branch details.
