I have been duped by someone by sending a courier today with COD. The parcel had my name and address on it and I had paid Rs. **** to Delivery guy. This is a fraud as their are no seller details or any contact details on it. Can the payment made by me stopped and returned to me please. I opened the parcel.and it's fake cloth in it. Need urgent help with stopping the payment please.
