Kourierwale - Courier Company unlawfully deducted account balance left with them

Kourier Wale is a courier aggregator Company which handles multiple courier companies and works as an intermediator between Sender and Courier Company. They take booking from Sender of parcels and collect booking charge from sender. I used to Recharge their Company's wallet and send parcels through them. (booked with Kourier Wale website https://app.kourierwale.com) There were some technical problems of doing recharge and non-delivery related urgent queries for which I tried contacting thorough Phone and Whatsapp which they didn't like and neither responded for few days but on May ** **** one staff named Krishna (**********) started arguing regarding "Why should I call him on Monday" and on the same day at **:**:** am he forcefully deducted whatever balance I had on my account without showing any proper reason. When I asked his another colleague Naman (**********) he blocked me, saying I irritated them, that's why they deducted the amount. N.B. This Company doesn't have any official payment gateway system, every time I had to contact and they give a Personal Name Savings Account QR code where I had to transfer the Recharge amount. Please take necessary steps to recover the mentioned amount.
