Maruti Express Cargo Packers and Movers - Courier company took the advance and not receiving calls now

I had contacted Maruti express Cargo packers and movers on **st August **** for transiting my two wheeler from Ahmedabad to Aligarh. The company employee quoted me the price of **** rupees in which **** rupees had to be paid in advance. I did the same by transferring **** rupees through online mode. I was told that the my vehicle will be picked up from the ahmedabad location on the same day but it didn't happen. I waited for *-* days for the update from their side but didn't receive any info from them. Since then, they have stopped receiving my calls and responding to my WhatsApp messages. On **th August ****, the same employee replied to my WhatsApp message, gave me some excuse and told me that he will refund the money through gpay within a day but now he has stopped responding to the communication again. He isn't receiving my calls or replying to my messages either.
