471 - Courier boy delivered extra products and took money from buyer

I ordered two shirts for my customer. My customer received * shirts. But courier man gave another wrong product along with * shirts to my customer and courier man collected * shirts amount. I didn't order third one so there is no option for return or exchange option on meeshow. My customer angry with me. He told me that he ordered only two shirts. How can meesho or delivery man do this. This is too bad service. So please take third product which is delivered without order, and refund me. I have to pay amount to my customer.
