Countrywide Immigration Private Limited - Countrywide Visas Pvt Ltd or Countrywide Immigration Pvt Ltd Delhi misleading representation unfair

I engaged Countrywide Immigration Pvt. Ltd. for Canada PR consultancy after they represented that my profile was eligible under the Federal Skilled Worker Program and issued a positive technical assessment score. Based on their assessment and assurances, I paid consultancy fees for end-to-end immigration services.

Later, after completing WES assessment and IELTS examinations at my own expense as instructed by the company, they informed me that my actual eligibility score was below the required threshold. This contradicted their original assessment, which had awarded full language points before any IELTS exam had been taken. It appears the initial eligibility score was inflated to secure payment.

Despite collecting fees and engaging me for several months, the company did not complete the promised filings such as Express Entry profile/EOI registration and provided no substantive service. They also confirmed that no licensed Canadian immigration consultant was associated with my case, despite promoting affiliation in their marketing.

Because of these representations, I suffered financial loss through consultancy charges and additional expenses incurred for IELTS and WES, along with significant time loss and mental stress. I am seeking refund, reimbursement of consequential expenses, and compensation for deficient service and misleading conduct.
