The product was absolutely a second-rate reproduction of One Plus Earphones wireless Z. I have submitted my query and it has been hours and still, they haven't returned my e-mails. Besides e-mail, there is no other way to contact them regarding this issue. This is a classic rip-off. I should have known, what was I thinking, the website was crafted through wordpress. What a sham. Does anyone know what should I do now, if they don't contact me.
