I have cleared connect broadband Bill over due amount rs.*** by upi online payment option, after paying amount they promised me to send NOC OF this payment on email id, but they didn't send NOC of this amount .and they regularly send me threatening Mesasage . They didn't pick my call . I m tense but should I do .pls help me regarding this Metter
