5paisa - Could not redeem Funds due to their Technical issue

I placed a redemption order on *th, Dec **** and as per the promised date, the funds should have been received by **th Dec ****, but today, the amount is still pending from the *paisa side. Now the markets have crashed and the customer care tells me to place a fresh order on the call, since there still is the issue with their application
