FURNITURE NAMPALLY HYDERABAD - COT NOT DELIVERED BY SUPPLIER AS PER SPECIFICATION

Respected Sir/Madam,
I, the undersigned wish to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased furniture (comprising of cot, showcase, dressing table etc) for a sum of Rs.**,***/- in February,**** (receipt attached) from A* Furniture located at Century Commercial Complex, Chetana Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad. This furniture was purchased for my daughter's marriage. At the time of placing the order, I specifically instructed the supplier to provide two big drawers to the cot for storing miscellaneous things inside the box. However, when the cot was delivered at the residence of bridegroom at Santosh Nagar, it was found that the cot has no drawers but only a small drawer wherein nothing can be stored (image attached for your ready reference). Given this reason, my daughter is unable to keep anything inside the box of the cot, as the bed mattress is too heavy and she can not lift it every time to keep the things inside the box of the cot.
I have been contacting the proprietor of A* Furniture (Mr.Taj - Contact No.********** / **********) to fix the problem. But he has been playing with me for the past one month. Every time I'm calling him, he is saying that right now carpenters are not available in the workshop and when they come, he will get the work done..
Vexed by his repeated lame excuses, I'm constrained to approach you to seek your benign assistance. I request you to kindly instruct him either to provide me with a new cot with two big drawers or let him refund me an amount of Rs**,***/- being the cost of the cot with drawers.

I shall be highly thankful if you help me in resolving this issue at an early date.
