Go Noise - Costumer service not replying properly

Ordered earphones from this website and tried returning them as I don't like the quality. Costumer service said a callback from their representative will be arranged for you for further instructions in ** hours. It has been * days completed now and nothing from their side. Whenever I try calling them they only say today they will call or ik n one hour they'll call but nothing.
