DMART RC Puram Hyderabad - cost of items high on online orders compared to store

i have ordered online for rice and oil packets in DMART and billed for RS **,*** dated **JAN****, however next day on **JAN**** i went to store to bring some grocery and surprising i have seen there is a difference of amount for products on online and store, i have seen for my bill for **kg rice bag they are charging online **** rs where as in store they are it was **** rs, overall in the bill there was difference of approx ***rs which is very high, generally we customers think that online groceries prices are same as store prices and it is in the same locality and also they take delivery charge, if this much difference in product price i would have directly walked in store and buy, by this i can understand they are charging customers heavily, i need refund of extra amount they charged for online ***rs, it is a general mindset we think DMART provides fair prices compare to other stores, however by this i can understand it is better to walk in and purchase, the online deliver system is totally fraud.
