I purchased Hindware cooler * year ago. Some time ago fan was not working and it's generating a sound. The fan screw was loose I call the customer care many times and he sends an engineer. He told that due to its product it happens after it will get ok.
Now it got broke the fan blat and the technician is asking for money and at purchasing time dealer told that all guarantee with fan and all body etc.
It's shameful on when it's in warranty then people have to pay for it, not the customers.
Technician just comes and the cooler works fine. As soon as he leaves again the same problem. The technician is simply putting the blame on other factors. Will replace this cooler as it is still within the guarantee period.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
