Pigeon Appliances Private Limited - Cooker not working

I have bought the Pigeon Titanium/Titan Hard anodized cookware AN **** from DMart on ** september **** and since then it is not working at all. I have raised a concern about this faulty appliance to DMart but they denied the responsibility and asked me to connect Pigeon Customer care. There also I did not receive any positive response and now the customer care number is also not reachable at this stage. I want to file consumer complaint for this loss and full refund should be initiated by Pigeon against the faulty appliance.
