Comway in - Conway in not responding to connection termination and security money refund

I have stopped using the Conway broadband connection and maild and called them to terminate my connection but it's been more than one month and I haven't heard from them. Not a single email or call regarding it. And whenever I call them , they told me that someone will call me in * hours but no one does.
