Converse India - Converse India not responding

I ordered a pair of shoes from converse India. The shoes were delivered on *rd feb **** and the same was confirmed on the delivery partners site. Since then i have been trying to contact them as the status on Converse India shows as “Shipped” still. I have been emailing, calling, DMing, however NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS REACHED OUT TO ME. I have even tried calling the Chennai and Delhi branches but even they haven’t responded. I have been constantly calling them and now their number is switched off. I’m desperately trying to Raise a return. Please help me.
