I booked a DOUBLE SIDED GRILL PAN , from their site for Rs. *,***/- on **th December ****. The Bill said to keep EKart Logistics Surface Tracking Number SRTC********** handy to recheck delivery status..

The packet was delivered today about ** minutes ago Bearing ORDER NUMBER HSC******* BUT instead of having the Double Sided grill Pan worth Rs*,***/-… it contained a Gas Toaster of Rs. ***/- The numbers written on the Delivered Packet (********** and **********) do not work... Please help...
