Quick credit - Contact theft threatening high interest no response

This company don't have gst/cin number means they're cheating the government .
They're hacking their customers contact and sending threatening messages and calls
If you're not paid on time they will call and threatening like we will call your relatives , friends like that .
Too much of interest ,how rbi is allowing these blood suckers to charge high interest.example -for ***** the intrest for * month is ****.
