DEBASIS MAITY filed complaint against Amul on May 23, 2021
Dear Sir,
I would like to draw the concerned authority in to a very serious matter that I have just visited at Chandni Amul Parlour at APC circle Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand, Gujarat ****** and I have make a payment of *** rupees via paytm the amount has been debited from my account the payment is attached below instead of completion of the transaction amul parlour denied to handover the purched item and they also didn't give my payment back and moreover the salesman doesn't wearing a mask during this covid crisis.
I request you to take adequate step in this matter. This is a clear case of customer harrasment and fraudulent activity. I hope the concerned authority will do the need full for their own brand.
