I am writing to file a formal complaint against Minico.in regarding a recent purchase I made through their platform .
On June **, I placed an order for a price of **** rupees after discovering it advertised on their Instagram page. The product description clearly stated it was an LED light with rain humidifier functionality. Additionally, their page advertised a **-day return guarantee, which influenced my decision to purchase the item.
On July *st ****, I received the package containing the ordered product. Upon opening the package and inspecting the item, I was extremely disappointed to find that the was damaged. [buttons were broken and its not working]. This damage renders the product completely unusable for its intended purpose.
Disappointed with the damaged product, I immediately attempted to initiate a return process in accordance with their advertised **-day return policy. However, all efforts to contact Minico.n's customer service proved futile. I specifically tried to reach them via email at the address provided on their website, hello@minico.in, but unfortunately, the email address seems to be non-existent.
