Prasanth Pgiri filed complaint against Meesho on Apr 7, 2025
I ordered on *th jan **** the Alkaylaa Elastic Stretchable Sofa Cover *-Seater (*+*+*) with Order ID: ******************. However, I received the wrong item. I have contacted Meesho multiple times regarding this issue, but it still remains unresolved.
The main problem is that the delivery personnel refuse to pick up the incorrect item, as it doesn't match the image shown in their application. Since the item I received is not the one I ordered, it cannot be verified through the image-matching process currently in place. This has made the return process impossible.
To resolve this, the image-matching requirement must be removed for this return, as the error was on Meesho’s part. I am disappointed with how this situation has been handled so far—this kind of experience feels misleading and unfair to customers.
