The company violated warranty agreement by failing to repair inverter installed by them for the * KV solar plant. Since the batteries of the solar plant were kept idle and uncharged for more than a year by the company the batteries couldn't get charged and they got damaged. I felt cheated by the company and Their failure caused serious damages to the electric equipment s at my home. Due to power failure caused bt the company's negligence, my ailing father couldn't use oxygen concentrator and he died on *th August ****.
