VR educational consultancy - Consultancy scam in the name of MBBS abroad

Actually i joined my son in MBBS program through this consultancy in **** in philippines. And they are not doing any visa process and enrollments in semesters. They delayed from * years and at last they are saying they cant do visa anymore and saying to change to another country and study from *st academic year. For us * years of time got wasted and * lakhs of amount got wasted so we need justice. They said to go to another country because they will get more money if they give new admission to new university thats the main plan they are trying to do now.
