I have applied online on **-July-**** for my MCA and BSc Consolidated Memo to be International couriered out to the WES team in Canada for which I made a payment online for MCA Consolidate memo transcript rupees ****.** with Receipt#IN********* and for BSc rupees ****.** with receipt#BS*********. I'm in need for these transcripts for Canada immigration purpose. I have applied online for fast track mode by paying extra, I see Osmania University has never sent my documents to WES and there is no update online to track the status, I have sent them multiple emails from shafius@live.com and made multiple calls but there is no response. As I'm living in USA it is not possible for me to visit them in person and that is the reason I paid extra and applied online.
I have applied for my Wife BSc consolidated marks Memo with Ref no#BS********* made the payment online with bank ref#*************IGAIWXWRE*, I see they debited the money of ****.** from her SBI account on **-**-**** but OU site is not reflecting the payment, I have raised a concern on their site for which they said they will rectify the issue in ** hours but there is no response.
Can you help us in getting the requested transcripts of myself and my wife immediately sent out to WES?
My WES ref#******* and my wife WES ref#*******.
