This is regarding the damaged sofa which I have received on Feb **, ****. This consignment (CN: **********) includes a sofa set (Sofa + * Puffies) and a marble top center table. It was sent from Delhi to Bangalore.
After the delivery when we unpacked the items we found that both the sofa handles were completely damaged, broken and were moved out from their place. All the foam sheets applied in the handle was bulged and chesterfield buttons popped out.
Here I am attaching the images and video of the damaged sofa, invoice and packing slip for your reference.
I had paid Rs. **,*** for the items (as per invoice) and damaged sofa costs Rs. **,***. Have sent them the complaint but they have refused once saying that i have signed POD document. Require take immediate action from them to resolve the issue and compensate for the bad delivery they have done.
