Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the Professional Couriers, Srikakulam branch, regarding the non-delivery of my consignment despite paying an amount of ₹*,***/- specifically for home delivery.
After the consignment reached Srikakulam, your staff informed me that they are not able to deliver the parcel to my address, which is unacceptable and against the service commitment made at the time of booking. I was charged a premium amount solely to ensure doorstep delivery, and denial of the same after arrival is a clear lapse in service.
This has caused me inconvenience, delay, and mental harassment. I request you to take immediate action and ensure delivery of the consignment to my address without any further delay, or arrange for a refund of the home delivery charges if the service cannot be fulfilled.
Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the resolution at the earliest. Failing which, I will be constrained to escalate the issue to higher authorities and consumer grievance forums.
