trackon courier company - Consignment completely damaged

I am writing to report a complaint against Trackon Services regarding a consignment that I had booked through their franchisee, Mr. Deepak of Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, Delhi. Unfortunately, all four items in the shipment were severely damaged during transit, and despite my efforts to seek a resolution, I have not received any satisfactory response from the company.

I had sent a detailed email with complete information and pictures of the damage immediately to the customer care and Mr. Deepak, but there was no acknowledgment or satisfactory response despite repeated calls and follow-ups. I even escalated the matter to a senior authority within Trackon Services, Ms. Neelam Mourya, and followed up thrice, but unfortunately, there was not even one response.

The consignment in question is number ************, sent by Surface through Mr. Deepak of Trackon Services. The damage occurred during transit, and I am disappointed that the company not only failed to take the necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of my consignment but also failed to compensate me for the damage.

I am deeply disappointed with Mr. Deepak's lack of concern and responsibility for the damage caused. His behavior does not reflect well on the company's customer service policies.

As a result of the damage, I am requesting a complete refund for both the cost of the articles, which was INR ****, and the courier charges, which amounted to INR ****. I urge the company to take immediate action to rectify the damage caused to my consignment and restore my faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction.
