My connection stopped working * days ago n I have registered * complaints since then..Everyday I have to spent an hour speaking to Jio customer service reps and supevisors for them tell me that they will resolve the issue within ** hours or disconnect me eventually. Every rep and supervisor says there is a different problem and finally when I ask them to disconnect the services and refund the amount they won't do that also. Kindly review this and consider this compalint seriously as consumers should be made aware of how bad their service is. My Jio Account Number is ********** this is prepaid jio fixed voice number attached to the wifi connection.
