I have asked Airtel broadband company to provide me connection
They asked me to make advance payment and given commitment that it will be installed by Sunday * pm maximum.. no connection has been provided yet and when I am contacting them they are saying that they are not able to come according to my time requirement although at the time of taking money they said that agent will come in evening only to provide the connection and when I am calling them regularly either they are not picking up my call or they are disconnecting my call
I have sent mail to their customer support department but no response from them even when I call them they asked me to mail only
