Timbl - Connection Not Activated Yet

I am writing this email with respect to my previous email. I have recharged my Timbl connection (** Feb ****). But today is ** feb **** and my connection is still not activated.
Ticket ID is - *******C***
*. I have filed the first connection request on ** Feb ****; after that we have taken a proper followup regarding our connection.
*. You have said that connection will be activated on ** feb ****, but it was not activated.
*. Initially you were asking for (**** + taxes) for the connection. But after so many discussions, you pitched me the fiber connection, I agreed on that term as well. You said that the total charge will be approximately *** Rs. I was ready to pay this.
*. One of your technical members visited on ** Feb ****, he just spread the cable and left in half. He said that he needed a machine and it would take two hours but didn't come back.
*. And today is ** Feb **** and my connection is still not done, So kindly have a look into this and do the needful as soon as possible.
None of you are going to pay my bills and other expenses, I have recharged it on ** Feb ****. If you are ready to bear the losses of mine, you can make it more delayed. As being in need I have done the best I can.
