Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited - Connection Delayed
MAITRI PATADIA filed complaint against Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited on Nov 3, 2020
I have registered and applied for the connection of MNGL in the month of Aug'****. BP . NO. ******** is already generated to the previous owner, but MNGL meter was not installed. We have given transfer request a month ago and paid registration fees as well as transfer of name fees. But till date did not got any reply or meter installed at home. As I do not have LPG connection as well. It is very difficult for us get the cylinder and no pipe line gas as well. It's really very hard days are going but, MNGL customer care does not pick call at all and even if once in while they pick a call did not able to give answer to my request.
Please help me to resolve this issue with MNGL.
