The Kings Hotel Egmore Chennai - Confirmed Hotel Booking Denied by the property

I am as a Senior Citizen residing in Mumbai and I am ** years old. I had booked a room for two nights from **.**.** to **.**.** in The Kings Hotel Egmore, Chennai through Agoda on **.**.**. The booking ID is *********& ref ID is********. On reaching the hotel with a copy of the booking, the hotel denied receiving any booking from Agoda in my name. I was refused accommodation saying there were no rooms available. Apart from the RS ****.** paid by me, I am now required to hunt for a room in the city. My entire work schedule for the day, so important to us, is lost. The trouble of lugging my baggage in a city I am not familiar is very humiliating and taxing. The extra expenses for travel amounts to another RS ****.**. Where do I get a room at such short notice?
I demand that you return the full payment of RS ****.** taken from me in advance + RS ****.** for additional travel in the city to search for a place + RS *****.** towards harassment and inefficient service from your side.
Please arrange to send the refund of RS ****.** + RS ***** towards extra travel and inefficient service.
Incase you fail to refund the entire amount of RS *****.**, within the next ** hours, I will be compelled to take my grievance to the appropriate forum for redressal. Apart from the inefficient service from your side, you will also be charged for harassment of a Senior citizen, which please note.
