I have boarded a local APSRTC bus at NAD X ROAD in visakhapatnam to reach Kothavalasa. Conductor did not give the tickets till the bus reached Gopalapatnam. When she started giving the tickets, i gave her Rs. *** note for a fare of Rs. **. Then the conductor responded rashly to give the change or otherwise to get down at Gopalapatnam. This is not proper way to deal with a passenger. Kindly take the action.
