Have lodged complaint regarding my refrigerator on **/**/**, engineer visited and told compressor has to be changed . I kept calling and then was told by customer care person that they can only lodge your complaint and forward to concerned department, then got number of Mr Jaspal their service head. He told me on **/**/** that engineer who came did not took readable picture so kindly send again to take approval, which I did and then waited for * days but he didn’t get any approval, then send mail to sharp support and Mr Arjun ,Delhi head but no one replied on mail or even called back.
Then again I called Mr Jaspal he told me that he has got approval and compressor will be changed maximum by **/**/**, then on **/**/** I was told courier has not been delivered at their office and he will get it done by Monday **/**/**. Then on Monday I was informed will be done on Tuesday , then today he was supposed to do it by evening. From evening I am calling but his number is switched off.
