I am writing to seek your support and intervention regarding my grievance against Sahara India Housing concerning Shop No. ***A in Sahara Market, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. I purchased the above-mentioned shop from Sahara India Housing in **** and made the full payment at the time of purchase. I have all the payment receipts and supporting documents as proof. However, the sale deed for the shop was never registered in my name by the builder. I do not have any documentary proof that I approached Sahara India Housing for registration, but I have always been ready and willing to complete all formalities. Recently, I learned that the land for Sahara Market was leased by Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) to Sahara India Housing for ** years. The builder failed to renew the lease, resulting in LDA taking possession of the property, including my shop, which was vacant at the time. Despite having paid the full amount and retaining all documentation, I have now lost both my investment and the shop. This situation has caused me significant financial loss and mental distress due to the negligence and deficiency of service on the part of Sahara India Housing. I humbly request your assistance to: *)Direct Sahara India Housing to refund my entire investment with applicable interest, *) Award compensation for the financial loss and mental agony suffered, and I am attaching all relevant documents, including payment receipts and any correspondence, for your kind consideration. I request you to kindly look into my grievance sympathetically and take appropriate action at the earliest.
