I have ordered Swify Portable Fan on Zaavio. Order ID: ************* dated **th Nov ****. I have received the product on **th Nov ****. However the quality of the product was very poor. The description of the product given in the website is also different. When return request is being made, the company is declining the request. Please help me in returning the product and getting refund of amount paid.
