Sri Ramachandra Medical College And Research Institute - Compliant about treatment and poor consultation provide by Ramachandra Hospital

I have consult a doctor from SRMC hospital for orthopaedic and severe pain from her hip till foot,for which consulted a Ortho surgeon initial one week he prescribed medicine post that if the pain not reduced he suggested me for Radiology test such as X-ray,CT,MRI,PET-Scan,Biopsy, and after a week I take my mother to the hospital on *th of April****, as an Outpatient, after seeing the reports the doctor pressurised me to admit the patient immediately or may be **hrs of time, so I have put admission on *th April( During TN election day), once the admission was taken they ask to test COVID test,RT-PCR,for both patient & attender ,the result came within *.* hrs from time of sample taken, I was astonished and the suprise is the attender was not affected, but they confirmed that patient is having symptoms of Covid and they provide me * suggestion one to be homequarntite, *nd option is admission for that **,*** per day they are charging.
Then I have asked the value or severity of the Covid results but the hospital denied to share that result.so I have taken my mother to my home for homequarntite because my mom doesn't have any symptoms still she got discharged from hospital, so I am quite surprised and I have taken another COVID test from Hi-tech lab on very next day and I got the results as Negative within ** hrs.
I am not sure how this is happen and while compare the report not sure which one is true,and I share those results to the Ortho doctor and he denied to accept the results,he ask me to come after* weeks, but the interesting fact is he is the one who ask me to admit immediately before Covid test was taken and he told me that the patient suppose to be in hospital for * days.
Now i suspect that hospitals are play a major role during this pandemic situation by showing Covid as a factor, making money to the patient's.unfortunately i didn't admit my mother, where as during her home isolation i have taken all her medical reports and seek for *nd opinion from other hospitals after i discussed with my family members and neighbours and thank God i got a good doctor where I have taken all above Radiology test which they mention from outside and treated well and fiund as exact disease and treated well now, and without any admission that toi from another famous multi speciality hospital in chennai itself.
I lost the trust completely with Ramachandra hospital where myself and my dependents are taken treatment for the past ** yrs from this hospital.But after seeing this incident i completely lost my trust both with doctors and hospital where all are money minded and no service oriented and humanity as well.
By showing Covid hospitals are looting money from the moderate patients.
I hope after registering my experience atleast people should think twice and act wise accordingly., With god's grace today we have escaped from hospitals like this.
