Completely wrong product received. Material different as shown in the pictures. Few products like, sponge, wax knife were missing. The was heater was totally different and seemed used. One of the wax jars was also used. Actual pictures have been uploaded as a part of review and now refund is expected. Return request got accepted and the rider (Mr Devender Kumar) came for pickup but he left the product at my doorsteps while I was in office via call with him. He asked to call on HELP CENTRE but when called no resolution or information of refund is received. Requesting you please get that wrong product picked up ASAP and initiate refund.
