Rechargable Keychain Light - Completely wrong product Delivery

I have ordered a STUDY LAMP on **th June and the product was delivered on **th june. Upon checking, I have received the wrong product and filed a return request, the delivery agent rejected the pickup saying the quality check up failed as the original order product images doesn't match and asked to file a complaint.How will they match if they send a wrong product. I have called the customer care and they are saying that return option is not available as i have cancelled previously some other products and they cannot help.
