JK - Completely wrong product delivered and getting return

I had ordered a brownish gown from meesho supplier JK HUB** ON *th April **** at *:** pm and received on ** April **** at *:**pm. But suprised by looking at the product completely wrong it was a useless saree not costly even a *** rupees. I request to return the product on same date but received response after so many days but again got cancelled saying wrong delivery address, tried so many times to return but again and again got cancelled the request. It's going to be a month still my money is stuck .
