both Flipkart and ekart - completely wrong product

Please read very very carefully first I raised return request approved my return but courier boy is ignore my pickup *nd time again return request approved again ignore my pickup his behaviour is so rudely and also again ** june replacement my product but courier boy come my shop ask me please OTP I need OTP for pickup this parcel and replace your product but his not a replace my product but I gave otp than he go outside in my shop again I call courier boy he ask me your are giving me a wrong product I not confirm your pickup so I rejected it still *-* hours leter show replacement is completed so but realty is wrong product is still my shop so courier boy is misleading he is not pickup product and actual product delivered and same product return via seller I think. please take strict action against courier boy and it's hub..if you not understand please call me I explain properly regarding this matter
