Vk Telecom - Completely Different Brand Mobile Received

I ordered a jiophone from this website as COD
It was couriered to me through DTDC
I paid for it and after unpacking under the box it was Samsung Guru phone box, I didn't unbox it as I wanted jiophone.
Not sure in that box Samsung phone is also available or not.
Samsung Guru phone cost somewhere around ****-**** in store and I have paid **** rupees.
Looking for the jiophone or the refund of my money, please.
