I am publishing this complaint to expose the predatory, deceptive onboarding tactics used by Be**x (operating under Goenka Kachave LLP / Be**x Services Private Limited).

Before paying them, I explicitly stated that due to my job, I could never attend evening classes. Their sales team explicitly promised me complete flexibility to switch between morning and evening batches whenever I needed. They also promised guaranteed weekly projects paying ₹*,*** each to cover my loan EMIs. Relying entirely on these commitments, I was pressured into taking a ₹**,*** loan from KreditBee (receiving ₹**,***) and transferring ₹**,*** via UPI, making the total paid to them ₹**,***.

Once they had my money, they pulled a malicious bait-and-switch:
*. They delayed my access. When I emailed them asking for a refund because they wouldn't onboard me, they forced my credentials live on May **th just to reply, "Refund rejected because access was provided."
*. They immediately scheduled my mandatory introductory class for May **th at *:** PM—the exact evening slot they knew I could not attend.
*. Right after the intro class, they completely broke their word and told me that switching classes is strictly restricted, forcing me into a dead-end schedule that conflicts with my job.
*. They have completely backed out of the weekly ₹*,*** projects, telling me they will happen "slowly," while quietly sending hidden links to strict refund policies that were completely hidden from me before paying.

This company lies about batch flexibility and guarantees fake income to trap working professionals into third-party loans. I have filed an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and have full unedited voice recordings of their initial promises. I demand an immediate full refund of my ₹**,*** back to my bank account.
